Transparent Frontals

Insulating glazing or laminated single or double glazing, which are attached by drilling from four sides by means of special stainless ball joints, are mechanically connected to the carrier steel construction. In this system, the main carriers can be made with various alternatives in the form of normal steel or stainless steel in line with architectural requests. EPDM wick and ultraviolet resistant silicones are used for waterproofing glass joints.

According to the architectural preference, the carrier construction can be formed vertically or horizontally. Stainless spider holders can be designed in different ways according to the characteristics of the project.

On transparent frontals, the rear carrier glass column is formed by laminating the glasses that have passed the “heat soak” test in accordance with static and safety conditions. Due to the high application height and the manufacturing limits of the glass plates, the joints can be combined with stainless steel blades. The frontal glasses, which are drilled from all four sides without the need for any carrier, are mechanically connected to the rear glass carriers by means of stainless ball joints. In this transparent facade system, the glasses can be used as laminated single or double glass.

It is a curtain wall system used to create movement and difference in architecture. Without steel or aluminum collage, the loads on the glass surface of the facade cladding material are transferred to the high-strength stainless steel tensioning elements via the glass handle. In the system, sealing is provided with ultraviolet resistant silicone in the horizontal and vertical glass joints.
